We don't have a gps. We still use maps as in the paper versions. We also use google mobile maps:

But now I found something new: http://www.amazegps.com/welcome.php. This one is also a java application, but also uses voice directions and you can use an internal or external gps. Or you can use it without gps and jump manually to each navi-point. And you can download it for FREE. Voice support is in English, Dutch, French, ...

Ok, nice, but I need GPS. Well I found something even more interesting a keychain gps. This thing works with bluetooth to connect to your mobile phone and can be used in combination with navigation software (see amAze above). All reviews I have been reading, are very enthusiastic about this little device. Well, maybe something to put on my wishlist, but then again, it's so much more fun traveling around with your wife next to you, pointing directions (right or wrong).
